Tia Jessie passed away this week. I reminisced alot, talked about her alot and my heart just hurt. So, I didn't get around to any photos until we traveled to Monterey County for her services - who wouldn't be inspired by the Pacific Ocean? There might be more beautiful places in this world, but nothing compares to where I'm from ... enjoy

Week 2! Nov. 5 through 11!

I added more pix - I'm having a lot of fun with this project :) This week has been super busy so I'm way behind and couldn't imagine what inspiration and opportunity I was gonna have to snap pictures when I'm spending 9 hours a day at the office all week . . .

I bet we're supposed to use photos taken this week or at least recent photos, but I'm using old photos I already had saved for this attempt at being creative with photos. Next time I'll remember to put the word on the pic - I'm assuming I'll be able to figure out how to do that hahaaa!

Pumpkin

Last year, we didn't carve our pumpkins until Halloween night, so we went trick or treating after that and then I was really tired! What sticks out is that Amara's hair is straight in this picture - well, as straight as I could get it in these first attempts. She always has her hair straight now. Ok, remembering and saving that memory or whatever here was worth the time setting this up hahaa!
